The only personal information this website collects is what you type into the inquiry form. Here is exactly what happens to it.
What we collect
When you send an inquiry: your name, the phone number or email you give us, the branch you choose and purpose, a preferred date if you add one, and your message. There are no accounts, no payment details and no tracking cookies on this site. Bookings and payments happen on Sports360, under their own privacy policy.
Why
Only to reply to your inquiry. We do not add you to a mailing list or send you marketing.
Who sees it
Melmac Sports staff handling bookings and questions. We do not sell or share your details. Our web host receives the form on our behalf and forwards it to our inbox.
How long we keep it
The copy held by our web host is deleted automatically after 30 days. The email copy in our inbox is kept only as long as we need it to deal with your inquiry.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) you can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email inquiry@melmacsports.com and we will reply within 24 hours.
